Rui Bonito started his journey through music in his early teenage years, studying Drums and musical theory.
Several genres were addressed since then, from Jazz to the realms of experimentation and underground genres.
Later he studied audiovisuals and worked has a sound engineer for TV broadcast and then recording and producing bands and making live sound engineering.
On Electronic and Electroacoustic music he found the creative freedom and experimental approach that led him to expand himself to composition and release his first album.
Currently composing music mainly with modular synthesizers, field recordings, tape machines, pedals and glitchy equipment, as well as his own voice among other instruments.
